Woolie the Sheep Poem Two
Woolie can not sleep, soon be her birthday,
Today they make invites, for birthday party day.
There will be food, and loads of drink,
Even bobbing for apples, in an old sink.
Woolie will be six, a grand old age,
She will invite friends, like Victoria and Paige.
She tries to sleep, but far too excited,
A week from today, she will be delighted.
Woolie does get up, when Daddy does call,
She cleans her teeth, and washes and all.
They wrote a list, people they do invite,
Will get them sent, by post this night.
Woolie can not sleep, today is the day,
She was just five, but now six today.
All her friends coming, to help her celebrate,
Jelly, cakes and ice-cream, hmmm it'll be great!
Woolie is excited now, cleaning her teeth so,
She cleans her wool, before downstairs she go.
Daddy makes her breakfast, a special birthday treat,
It's hot buttered crumpets, she loves to eat.
Woolies sixth birthday party, starts at twelve noon,
Victoria and Paige arrive, with Hayley arriving soon.
All her friends arrive, they have great play,
They all have fun, on this woolies birthday.
Woolie has much fun, and now sleep time,
She tell her daddy, she had fabby time.
Daddy say to woolie, love you little sheep,
Love you too daddy, as she goes to sleep.
