Woolie in the night before xmas Woolie the Sheep Poem Ten
__ Woolie glances out the window, the farm is so quiet, The goats are all inside, instead of causing a riot. A tree is brightly decorated, with tinsel and with light, The animals are so happy, on this Xmas Eve night.
Woolie looks out the window, the snow can be seen, Can see all the prints, where the animals have been. All wrapped up so warm, young ones from the cold, They all await the day, the stories have been told.
Woolie grins out the window, the pond in the night, Looks to be of glass, under the moon so bright. Barker is in the corner, along with all the pups, Her daddy in the kitchen, washing up plates and cups.
Woolie smiles out the window, soon will be the day, All the young animals now, in the barn with hay. The eldest of the all, tell stories of times old, A magic time for them, whilst keeping out the cold.
Woolie moves from the window, and heads up to bed, In the next new morning, will be Xmas day instead. Bed all warm and cosy, with Nellie she does cuddle, She falls quickly to sleep, mind all in a muddle.
Woolie moves to the window, snow falling past the pane, She gets dressed so quick, and down the stairs again. Food is on the table, and presents are all around, The animals in the barn, make such a happy sound.
Woolie smiles out the window, marks deep in the snow, Tracks from some special reindeer, and sleigh you do know. Santa sheep did come calling, and Woolie had been good, On the good list selected, just like you all should!
Woolie glances out the window, as she finds her seat, On this special Xmas morning, there is loads to eat. They all give thank you's, to Santa Sheep this day, And to one and all, Santa Sheep on his way.
